It didn't take long for the technician to diagnose the problem and explain the repair. I approved the price and he fixed the door in about 30 minutes. Review: Our garage door is pretty heavy, and we didn't realize the people who installed the system the first time, didn't align the rails properly. While it worked for a couple of weeks, the weight of the door eventually damaged the rails too much. Not really excited about calling the DoReMi Door, I called this one instead. And I'm so glad I did. I'm not going to mention the other problems they found, but I'm just glad they didn't waste time getting the garage door railings repaired and properly aligned. It's been six months now without the hint of a problem.
